Joe Biden was finally shamed into acknowledging the existence of his seventh grandchild, with the White House publicly recognizing the four-year-old daughter of Hunter Biden, Navy Joan Roberts. In the statement, Biden says that “Our son Hunter and Navy's mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward. This is not a political issue, it's a family matter. Jill and I only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy.”
Despite the public statement, Biden apparently didn’t want to be asked any further questions about this, and snapped when questioned by Peter Doocy. “No. That’s a private matter. I have no comment. But only you would ask that! You’re a good man! Classy!” an agitated Biden fired back.

As part of the conclusion of a recent custody battle between Hunter Biden and Lunden Roberts, Navy is not allowed to use the Biden surname.
