Hillary Clinton linked Donald Trump's upcoming rally at New York City's Madison Square Garden to an 1939 Nazi rally.
"One other thing that you'll see next week, Kaitlan, is Trump actually reenacting the Madison Square Garden rally in 1939,” Clinton said on CNN Thursday. “I write about this in my book. President Franklin Roosevelt was appalled that neo-Nazis, fascists in America were lining up to essentially pledge their support for the kind of government they were seeing in Germany. So I don't think we can ignore it."
"Now, it may be a leap for some people, and a lot of others may think, 'I don't want to go there. I don't want to say that,'” Clinton added. “But please open your eyes to the danger that this man poses to our country, because I think it is clear and present for anybody paying attention."
The infamous 1939 Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden, held on February 20, was organized by the pro-Nazi German American Bund, drawing around 20,000 attendees. It was branded a "pro-American" event but featured American flags alongside swastikas and Nazi imagery.🚨 #BREAKING: Hillary Clinton just said President Trump is holding a rally at Madison Square Garden to re-enact the Nazi rally which occurred there in 1939

MORE inflammatory rhetoric to encourage someone to take Trump out.

It’s unclear how a Nazi rally 85 years ago relates to Trump’s rally today. Madison Square Garden is one of the world’s most famous venues, hosting everything from sports to music and entertainment. It has even hosted the Democratic National Convention three times, with Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton herself holding rallies there. So, the question is: does Clinton see herself as a Nazi too?
