Kentucky State Senator Karen Berg is likely to be a person youāll be seeing more of over on Libs of TikTok in the future.
In video obtained by Robby Starbuck, Kentucky Senators watched in disbelief as Berg attempted to argue in favor of giving āchild sex dollsā to pedophiles as a way to discourage them from acting on their impulses on children, while simultaneously claiming that research into the matter was both lacking but also conclusive.
During her arguments that were as bizarre as they are sinister, she refused to use the word pedophile, and instead opted to use the term āminor attracted persons,ā a term first coined on a pedophile forum in 1998.
āā¦there are what they call 'MAPS,' minor attracted persons and - the limited amount of research that's done on these dolls suggests that they actually, for people who are attracted to minors, that these dolls actually decrease their proclivity to go out and attack children,ā she argued. She said that she had to google āchild sex dollsā the night prior, to presumably all the research she did on the matter was also from some casual google searches.
āIt actually gives them a release that makes them less likely to go outside of their home and what was interesting is the research did not support the same conclusions for people who were adult attracted using dolls,ā Berg added, with a bizarre degree of confidence. Here Berg appears to have coined an entirely new Orwellian term of her own in āadult attractedā persons (previously known as āadultsā).
She acknowledged that the āresearch is not very good and itās not comprehensiveā..... before immediately claiming that āthe research that is out there is conclusive.ā
Watch below:
Berg has gone viral in the past for deranged speeches accusing pro-lifers of ākilling womenā after the Kentucky Senate passed a bill banning abortion after 15 weeks. Aproximately zero women have died as a result since. Berg also has gone viral for her opposition to numerous pro-reality pieces of legislation sheās described as āanti-trans.ā
Fortunately, the GOP has an 82% majority in the Kentucky Senate.
