Project Veritas Exposes Woke Principal Admitting to Discriminating Against Conservative Teachers

In Project Veritas' latest undercover investigation, they allegedly expose the Assistant Principal of Cos Cob Elementary School Jeremy Boland admitting that he discriminates against conservatives in the hiring process.



When asked how he would know if someone being interviewed for a job was a cosnervative, Boland stated "I’m not allowed to ask their political leanings and they’re not allowed to ask me. So it just comes down to the questions. One of the questions that I might start including is something about transgender students, students that are — identify — what is it, non-binary? Giving a theoretical, conservative answer to the question." Boland said a response along the lines of "Well, I don’t think kids have enough knowledge to make that decision [gender identity] for themself" would get their application thrown out. 

He elaborated that one of the ways he filters out conservatives is by refusing to hire Catholics, because "Protestants in this area [of Connecticut] are probably the most liberal. But if they’re Catholic -- conservative…You don’t hire them. If someone is raised hardcore Catholic, it’s like, they’re brainwashed -- you can never change their mindset.”

Of those progressives he does hire, Boland bragged that they're good at not appearing biased while performing leftist indoctrination. “Believe it or not, the open-minded, more progressive teachers are actually more savvy about delivering a Democratic message without really ever having to mention politics.”

He added  “So, it's subtle. They [teachers I hire] will never say, ‘Oh, this is [a] liberal or a Democratic way of doing this.’ They'll just make that the norm -- and this is how we handle things, it's subtle…That's how you get away with it."
