A non-governmental organization (NGO) known as the Resource Center Matamos (RCM) was caught telling illegal immigrants to “vote for President Biden” via flyers in the border Mexican state of Tamaulipas.
“Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open,” reads the English-translated flyers.
According to The Daily Signal, “The pro-Biden flyers, discovered by Muckraker and shared with the Oversight Project, were found throughout Resource Center Matamoros in Tamaulipas, Mexico, including on the walls of portable toilets, a video shows.”

It’s illegal for any organization, including NGOs, to encourage or assist illegal immigrants to vote in federal elections. However, it’s unclear if there will be any investigation into RCM, let alone consequences.
RCM has ties to leftist billionaire George Soros, as RCM’s founder and director, Gaby Zavala, “previously was an organizer for La Union del Pueblo Entero, or LUPE, a group founded by the late labor leader Cesar Chavez, who was an opponent of illegal immigration,” reports The Daily Signal. “LUPE is listed among partners of the George Soros-backed Open Society Institute.”
On its website, RCM claims to work closely with the Mexican government, as well. “As a leading non-governmental organization providing trauma-informed care, RCM has established relationships with all levels of the Mexican government to advocate for health, wellness and dignity for refugees,” boasts the NGO.
Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress and the corporate media are ferociously opposing legislation that would require documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. Why?
