Senator Tim Scott got into a heated exchange with the clueless hosts of The View on the topic of so-called systemic racism.
"When it comes to racial inequality, it persists in five core aspects in the United States. You have indicated that you don't believe in systemic racism. What is your definition of systemic racism?" host Sonny Hostin asked.
"One of the things I think about, and one of the reasons why I'm on this show, is because of the comments that were made, frankly, on this show that the only way for a young African American kid to be successful in this country is to be the exception and not the rule,” Scott began to reply, before Hostin, a multi-millionaire, cut him off to bring up homelessness in the black community as evidence of racism.
Scott fired back “You had your chance to ask the question. I've watched you on the show. You like people to be deferential and respectful, so, I'm going to do the same thing.”
As Scott continued trying to reason with the hosts of The View, which some respected scientists believe is more difficult than squeezing water from a stone, Whoopi Goldberg cut him off for the break.
