Actress Janelle Monae, who played in Hidden Figures and Antebellum, had some harsh words for anyone who voted for Donald Trump.
“F*ck Donald Tromp and every American citizen, celebrity, white woman, black man, ETC who supported him burnnnnnnnnnn,”
It’s unknown whether Monae meant people who voted for Trump should burn literally or figuratively, but since she did a #Blacklivesmatter protest song and that group has been associated with violence, rioting, and looting all year, it is possible she meant it literally.
Three things about this.
First of all, as my friend Kurt Schlichter would say, the Left hates you. They really hate you. You shouldn’t hate them back, but you also shouldn’t ever forget where you stand with them.
Second, Trump’s support from minorities went up in the election. Democrats are going to do anything and everything they can to turn those people around, which probably means they’ll be even more likely to shout “racism” and look for polarizing racial issues to divide the country.
Last but not least, if Trump doesn’t pull it out, expect the liberal media to move from attacking Trump to attacking all of his supporters as horrible, bad people. Granted, they already do that, but they will have to turn it up to 11. After all, if they don’t have Trump to obsess over, they will need a new villain to keep the ratings going. That villain is likely to be his supporters and the country itself.
