On Thursday, in lieu of the presidential debate that was canceled last week, both President Trump and Joe Biden will have town halls at the same time.
President Trump will sit down with NBC News in Miami, while Biden will sit down with ABC News in Philadelphia.
According to Townhall, NBC announced Trump’s event Wednesday, after the president produced a coronavirus test showing he isn’t contagious. It will be moderated by “TODAY” host Savannah Guthrie, and consist of a conversation between President Trump and a group of Florida voters. Biden will be doing his own town hall event, which will be moderated by ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos.
Trump’s event was scheduled on Wednesday, but Biden’s was scheduled last week.
Of course, this made Leftists mad.
