Biden has been busy on the campaign trail saying there is a rise in white supremacy and it’s all President Trump’s fault, but he still had time to insult minorities and “poor kids.” Taking time out of his busy schedule of insulting the President to speak to a group of predominately Asian and Hispanic voters that “poor kids are just as bright, just as talented, as white kids.”

The New York Post reported on Biden “speaking about education at a town hall with the Asian and Latino Coalition in Des Moines, where he’s campaigning and fundraising for the 2020 Democratic primary.” At the event Biden said “we should challenge students in these schools and have advanced placement programs in these schools. We have this notion that somehow if you’re poor, you cannot do it.”

Correction, former Vice President, you and the backwards policies of your party are the ones who believe poor people “cannot do it.” It is you and your party who believe people have no prayer for survival unless the government steps in, and that foundation creates laws and programs that don’t allow “poor kids” to get out of the conditions in which they were born into. So do not say “we have this notion” unless you are willing to specify that Democrats and progressives are the “we.”
