The Western Conservative Conference is going on in Denver and ANTIFA is there. That’s not surprising, nor is it surprising that they’re being violent, harassing people, and cutting off traffic. What should be considered surprising and considered absolutely unacceptable is that the city of Denver is allowing this to happen.

You may say, “Where were the police?” They were there in force. However, for most of the conference, they just made the conscious decision to let ANTIFA run wild.

People get outraged at ANTIFA because of this kind of bad behavior and they should. ANTIFA is full life’s losers that are LARPing their fantasies of being Fascist tough guys, but as a group, they’re an easily fixable problem. That’s why ANTIFA isn’t an issue in conservative areas. ANTIFA is an issue in liberal areas because the liberals in charge support what they are doing, protect them, and want them doing it. They see them as their own personal Brown Shirts. Conservatives doing what ANTIFA is doing or fighting back against ANTIFA would be arrested. However, ANTIFA can threaten and harass people at will. In other words, the police are not protection from ANTIFA, but they are protection FOR ANTIFA. If the police just completely turned a blind eye and let nature take its course, ANTIFA wouldn’t be a problem for very long.
Of course, this is one of the reasons it’s incredibly foolish to let ANTIFA continue to break the law with impunity. It’s because it encourages other groups to think things like, “Why shouldn’t we fight back” or worse yet, “Why shouldn’t we do the same thing except better?” These liberal cities are playing a dangerous game and if they keep doing it, eventually it’s not going to end well.
