Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo announced today a series of programs that will be collectively called “Investing in America’s Communities.” It will be funded with $3 billion from Biden’s American Rescue Plan Act.
She was asked about how the success of the “investing in America” grants would be measured today during a press briefing, with her vaguely defining ROI as “equity.”
