During his extremely brief visit to the U.S.-Mexico border, Joe Biden was captured on video appearing to confuse the Salvation Army with the Secret Service.
After speaking with some members from Border Patrol, Biden visited a migrants center. As he walked in, a woman told him "And here we have the folks from the Salvation Army.” Biden then walked up to one of the men from the Salvation Army and told him "I spent some time with the Secret Service in Poland and Ukraine.”
The man appeared puzzled, but continued smiling as the two shook hands.
