Despite Russian President Vladimir Putin not invading Ukraine until Joe Biden was in office, Biden inevitably blamed his predecessor for Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
In the middle of his nonsensical comments, Biden, in true Biden fashion, appeared to completely lose his train of thought as he blankly stared at the audience before trying to play it off as him deciding what to say.

This comes on the heels of Putin himself saying that he’d prefer a Biden victory in 2024 over Trump - presumably because he prefers weak American leadership.
