Biden Says We Don’t Deserve to Know His Stance on Packing SCOTUS

Joe Biden keeps refusing to answer questions about whether or not he’d pack the Supreme Court as president, but that isn’t stopping people from continuing to ask him about it.

Biden had recently defended not giving an answer to the question on the basis of the fact that if he did so, people would talk about it. “If I were to say yes or no to that, that becomes a big issue. That’s the headline here.” Well, duh? By this logic no politician should answer a question ever.

As if he couldn’t give a more nonsensical defense for refusing to answer the question, Biden’s latest amounts to “you’re not good enough to know.”

13 Action News Anchor Ross DiMattei told Biden during a campaign stop in Las Vegas “I know that you said yesterday that you aren’t going to answer the question [about packing the SCOTUS] until after the election, but this is the number one thing I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days.”

Biden replied. “Well, you’ve been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they’re doing to the court right now.”

DiMattei replied “Well, sir, don’t the voters deserve to know where you stand…” before he was cut off by Biden, who said “No, they don’t deserve — I’m not going to play his game.”

I doubt that’s going to poll well. Perhaps Biden was better off in the basement this entire time.
