NYC’s De Blasio Singles Out Jewish Community for Funeral Gathering – It Doesn’t Go Well

On Tuesday night, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio condemned a mass gathering of hundreds of mask-wearing Orthodox Jewish mourners gathered in a few blocks in the Williamsburg section in Brooklyn for the funeral of a rabbi who died after contracting the Wuhan virus.

The hapless Leftist mayor, who was caught both traveling to the gym and jogging in a park miles away from Gracie Mansion while his city was on lockdown, took to Twitter to make his statements, even calling out the Jewish community by name:

Needless to say, de Blasio’s tweets, which he later said he had “no regrets” about, were tone-deaf at best, considering how the last year has seen a massive uptick in anti-Semitic attacks in his city. were met with well-deserved backlash.
