Democrat Senator Says They Care Most About Illegal Aliens

In a telling exchange, Democrat Sen. Chris Murphy admitted (or had a Freudian slip) that illegal aliens are their main priority while speaking to MSNBC’s Chris Hayes about the failed trainwreck Senate immigration bill.  

Naturally, Murphy was upset about the ordeal because like all “immigration reform” attempts, the phrase seems to just mean “giving Democrats whatever they want.” 

While supposedly a border bill, the majority of funding ($60 billion) would’ve gone to Ukraine, out of $118 billion in total spending. Only $20 billion would be spent on the border crisis - and would mostly make it worse, giving 250,000 Afghan refugees a pathway to citizenship. 

It seems like an America last bill - and Murphy is at least willing to admit that. 

“That’s [a pathway to citizenship] been a failed play for 20 years… 30 years maybe,” Murphy told Hayes. “And it has failed to deliver for the people we care about the most, the undocumented Americans that are in this country.” 

As if the term “undocumented immigrant” wasn’t Orwellian enough, it’s apparently since been updated to the even worse “undocumented American.” Perhaps he didn’t get the memo, but being “documented” is one of the basic requirements to be an American (among many other things).
