Fox News has learned that “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has barred Democratic staffers from the House Oversight Committee from visiting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities at the U.S.-Mexico border.”

The visit was part of a planned trip, but allegedly during their last trip the staff were incredibly “disruptive’ and refused to follow instructions.” The trip occurred last week when Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-MD) sent his staff to visit the border facilities for “oversight inspections” at ICE and CBP centers. Details of their behavior include refusing to leave a specific site after their scheduled window, skipping some tours and being rude to officers.
