When hearing Jen Psaki dodge questions and lie on a near-daily basis, it’s hard not to wonder if even she thinks what she’s saying is ridiculous. And the answer, apparently, is yes.
She admitted as much into a hot mic at the end of a presser back in 2014 under the Obama Administration, calling her own prepared statement about the acquitted of Egypt’s former leader Hosni Mubarak “ridiculous” to a journalist who was just previously grilling her for not answering his question. The presser had ended just seconds prior and Psaki presumably thought the cameras weren’t on anymore.
