Next week Trump will hold a rally in downtown Minneapolis, but Antifa won’t let that happen without a fight. In a comical statement, Antifa announced: “Trump is having a campaign rally in downtown Minneapolis. He wants to keep America great, but…AMERICA IS CANCELED.”
The announcement was made on the on-line anti-fascist forum It’s Going Down, which posted “Join us to celebrate with an anti-capitalist bloc.” Activists were also asked to “bring your friends, bring your crew and come prepared to disrupt the nightmare that is Trump.
It’s Going Down’s twitter page posted the below video with the caption “Thousands are expected to converge next week in opposition to Trump and his world as he descends on #Minneapolis on Thursday, October 10th. People are calling for an ‘Anti-Capitalist Bloc.’ #DefendMN

It appears as though the Minneapolis Mayor agrees with the aggressive and vicious Antifa group. Mayor Jacob Frey said Trump’s “actions have been reprehensible” and “his rhetoric has made it clear that he does not value the perspectives or rights of Minneapolis’ diverse communities.” Frey added, “while there is no legal mechanism to prevent the president from visiting, his message of hatred will never be welcome in Minneapolis.” City council president Lisa Bender says Trump’s “hate is not welcome in our community but we cannot stop the visit.”
