After Wichita State University changed its mind and revoked her invitation to speak at its commencement ceremony, Ivanka Trump isn’t holding back.
The New York Post reports that Ivanka is speaking out about it, bashing the cancel culture that is endemic to the Left, and also promoting free speech. She shared her pre-recorded speech on her social media platforms.
On Twitter, Ivanka posted, “Our nation’s campuses should be bastions of free speech. Cancel culture and viewpoint discrimination are antithetical to academia. Listening to one another is important now more than ever!”

According to Breitbart, Wichita State’s students and faculty protested Ivanka’s speaking. In a petition, Professor Jennifer Ray argued that the Trump administration represents the “worst of our country.”
“Ivanka Trump, obviously, represents her father’s administration as one of his closest advisors. To many Americans, that administration has come to signify the worst of our country, particularly in its recent actions toward those peacefully protesting against racist police brutality,” Ray wrote.
These people are disgusting. Good for Ivanka. Let these institutions stew in their hate, all the while preaching “tolerance.”
