Joe Biden: Young Black Entrepreneurs “Don’t Have Lawyers or Accountants” They Need to Succeed

Fight tech tyranny. Join Dan on Rumble.

Joe Biden said young, black entrepreneurs aren’t succeeding in America because they don’t have access to lawyers and accountants. Biden made his bizarre remarks yesterday while talking about the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre. As per usual, Biden smeared America as a racist country and falsely claimed that black Americans were being kept from succeeding by the awful systemic racism that supposedly exists here.

However, this is the line that left people scratching their heads:

“Just imagine, if instead of denying millions of entrepreneurs the ability to access capital and contracting, we made it possible to take their dreams to the marketplace to create jobs and invest in our communities. The data shows young black entrepreneurs are just as capable of succeeding given the chance as White entrepreneurs are, but they don’t have lawyers. They don’t have accountants, but they have great ideas.”

To begin with, Joe Biden has been in politics for almost 50 years. The only thing he knows about business or succeeding as an entrepreneur is what he’s been told by lobbyists that want something from him. Even in his prime, a mediocrity like Joe Biden would have struggled to run a small business and at this point, he’d be lucky if he could find his own way home from the grocery store, much less run it.

That being said, black entrepreneurs are just as capable of succeeding as white entrepreneurs, but there are two things standing in the way. Those two things are not lawyers and accountants either.

The first is anti-business Democrats like Joe Biden. After all, it’s not just the white entrepreneurs that get hurt when Democrats go up on taxes, put new regulations in place and generally fight to make the business climate less favorable. If anything, black entrepreneurs probably get it worse since they’re more likely to live in areas run by socialistic Democrats who consider making a profit to be some sort of sin.

Biden also accidentally touched on the other big problem without realizing it. That problem is Democrats like him falsely telling black Americans that the system is stacked against them and insisting that they can’t succeed without his help. Republicans are telling everyone that they can succeed and that they should get out there and be all they can be while Democrats are telling those same people that they’re victims and it’s useless to even try unless big government carries them over the finish line. One philosophy encourages entrepreneurs to succeed. The other encourages entrepreneurs to give up because it’s hopeless.  The latter is the one Joe Biden embraces and that has a lot more to do with the failure of black entrepreneurs than some imaginary lack of access to accountants and lawyers.
