Teamsters President Sean O'Brien sat down for an interview with Tucker Carlson, and revealed a comment that Kamala Harris made to him and his union members that is hilarious given the events that unfolded not long after.
While discussing his union’s decision to not endorse a presidential candidate for the first time in 30 years, which is a de-facto endorsement of Trump given how unions are usually political machines that benefit the left,
O’Brien said Harris, who shied away from the media, finally agreed to sit with the Teamsters for a roundtable after Biden dropped out - and then only answered four of their sixteen questions (Trump and other candidates that spoke with them answered them all).
“On the fourth question, one of her operatives or one of her staff slips a note in front of me — ‘This will be the last question.’ And it was 20 minutes earlier than the time it was going to end,” O’Brien said.
And then he added what she said next, not only to him, but members of his union: “And her declaration of the way out was, ‘I’m going to win with you or without you,’’ he recalled.
Oops.
As it turned out, she was going to lose with or without her.
