Democrat Bob Casey seems to be the only person who doesn’t think he lost his Senate race to David McCormick, whom the race has already been called for - but it’s looking like his fellow state Democrats may hand him an assist.

Admitting to breaking the law just before Donald Trump takes over the Department of Justice is a choice, and it was one made by two Pennsylvania election officials in Bucks County, PA. In a shocking video, Democrat Commissioner Diane Marseglia can heard proclaiming that she's going to purposefully ignore multiple court rulings to count illegal votes.
In the video commissioners Marseglia and Bob Harvie are shown justifying their votes to allow for the counting of illegal ballots (to help Casey), which violates a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling. Marseglia makes the damning admission that they simply don’t care about the law; "...precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. For me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it."
While his victory is not in question, McCormick did win by a thin enough margin to trigger an automatic recount in the state, which is where Democrats like those above are trying to play dirty. An automatic recount is triggered in Pennsylvania if a race is decided by a margin of 0.5% or less, and McCormick won by a margin of about 0.4%.
McCormick already went to Senate orientation, and his presence there was requested by Chuck Schumer, who did have to be pressured to invite him.
