President Trump Will Renew Effort to End DACA Program

After yesterday’s Supreme Court decision, where Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the court’s four Leftists in upholding Barack Obama’s unconstitutional DACA program, President Trump announced that he will continue his effort to actually follow immigration law and rescind it.
Trump tweeted early Friday that ““We will be submitting enhanced papers shortly in order to properly fulfil [sic] the Supreme Court’s ruling & request of yesterday.”
The Supreme Court asked us to resubmit on DACA, nothing was lost or won. They “punted”, much like in a football game (where hopefully they would stand for our great American Flag). We will be submitting enhanced papers shortly in order to properly fulfil the Supreme Court’s…..

The 5-4 SCOTUS opinion did not say that the President doesn’t have the authority to end DACA, but that the way they did it was unlawful in that it violated the Administrative Procedure Act.
