Amid a rising number of viral videos of parents taking school boards pushing whacky far-left agendas to task, many boards are looking to fight back by silencing their opposition.
The National School Boards Association recently sent a letter to Joe Biden calling for the Patriot Act to be enforced against those parents who they apparently classify as terrorists. “America’s public schools and its education leaders are under immediate threat,” they write in the letter.
The Association’s President Viola Garcia appeared on CNN to plead her case, and it was just as crazy as one would expect. She told host Brianna Keilar “We need support [from the Biden administration]. We need reinforcement of the sort that the community can give us. But more importantly, these are real threats, Brianna, that you just saw — that we all just saw, and they’re occurring with greater frequency. So, our letter to the White House really is indicative of the seriousness of the situation for school board members, but more especially for students in our public schools,” and it didn’t get saner from there.
