Joe Biden just suffered his second loss from the Supreme Court this week, his first being the court forcing his administration to reinstate Donald Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy.

This time the SCOTUS struck down the CDC’s eviction moratorium, which Joe Biden supported and encouraged them to extend, justifying it by effectively stating “maybe it’s illegal, but it’s worth it.” As it turns out, fortunately, the SCOTUS (in a 6-3 vote) doesn’t believe that a public health agency has the authority to indefinitely suspend evictions nationwide.

We are now in an economy where everyone who wants to find a job can – and the only reason there’s a historic labor shortage is because people are simply choosing not to work. The eviction mortarium was initially implemented at a time when tens of millions were forced from their jobs. Those circumstances have changed… and so have the excuses that leftists are giving for the mortarium too.
