It was only last week when New York Governor Andrew Cuomo faced sexual harassment allegations from three women, and State Senate majority leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins said that if a fourth woman had come forward, he would need to resign.
Not long after of that comment, a fourth and fifth accuser came forward. And just last night – a sixth.

Cuomo faces sexual harassment allegations from yet another woman.
She accused Cuomo of inappropriately touching her at the governorâs mansion last year â after sheâd been called there for work, the Albany Times Union reported.
When asked about the new report during his daily news briefing Tuesday, about an hour after the report was published, Cuomo said he was not yet aware of it. “A I said last week, this is very simple, I never touched anyone inappropriately,” he said. “As I said last week, I never made any inappropriate advances.”
The paper said it was withholding the accuserâs name “because she could not be reached for comment.” She reportedly works as a staffer in the Executive Chamber, the stateâs version of a cabinet.
Stewart-Cousins has since called for Cuomo’s resignation, leading to his second public refusal to resign. Cuomo said that if lawmakers want him out of office they’ll have to impeach him – and so far nearly fifty new York lawmakers have called for his resignation or impeachment.
Lindsey Boylan was the first woman to accuse Cuomo of sexual harassment, claiming that he once her to play strip poker with him, among other allegations. Charlotte Bennet accused Cuomo of asking her if she had slept with older men, and that she was once made so uncomfortable during a workplace meeting in June that she reported the situation and asked for a transfer. Karen Hilton accused Cuomo of summoning her to a “dimly lit hotel room” in 2000 and making an unwanted advance. Ana Liss accused Cuomo of touching her back and kissing her hand multiple times while she worked for him between 2013-2015. Anna Ruch accused Cuomo of making unwanted advances at a 2019 wedding reception, which a picture allegedly corroborates.
Of the six accusers, five previously worked with Cuomo.
