Representative Ayanna Pressley is out with a new idea to help solve racism: by bestowing those we barely trust to drive a car with the right to vote.
During a conversation with race hustler Ibram X. Kendi she said to him regarding her amendment to the For the People Act lowering the voting age to 16; “Dr. Kendi I was shocked by how polarizing an issue this was, and what I would tell people ‘well listen, John Lewis is an original co-sponsor of this [the For the People Act], uh and uh, you know our young people deserve to have a stakeholder in our democracy. But talk to me about why you believe that that’s anti-racist?”
Kendi then responded by attempting to explaining how allowing know-nothing to vote is actually anti-racist. Just months ago, everything Democrats were pushing for was classified as “infrastructure.” This week everything they like is “anti-racist.” What’s next?
