At a rally for Democrats in Las Vegas, NV, President Obama said, “By the time I left office wages were rising … poverty was falling and that’s what I handed off to the next guy. So when you hear all this talk about economic miracles right now. Remember who started it. Remember who started it! C’mon!”

Since Trump was elected, more than 4 million jobs have been created and more Americans are employed now than ever before in history. GDP growth for the second quarter of 2018 was 4.2 percent and is expected to exceed three percent for the calendar year.
