America’s most race-obsessed sports league, the NFL, will now be playing “the Black National Anthem” before games.
In the addition, the NFL will allow anti-racism social justice messaging on helmets, signs, and PSAs. This is despite the fact that the audience for NFL games dropped during the regular season last year and league revenue dropped 4 billion dollars.
Of course, the league is also allowing the players to continue to disrespect the National Anthem, which begs several obvious questions.
According to Front Office Sports:
The National Football League will introduce more social justice messaging on fields and player helmets during the upcoming 2021 season, following up on initial efforts from 2020. âTheyâre bringing back a lot of elements from last year,â said a source.
To reinforce its 10-year, $250 million commitment to combat systemic racism, the league will promote social justice via on-field signage, decals on player helmets, and in-stadium PSAs. The NFL also plans to make âLift Every Voice and Singâ â often referred to as the Black national anthem â a prominent part of all big league events, said sources. They will likely highlight victims of racial injustice with a âSay Their Storiesâ project, as well.
Will other races, genders, and nationalities have national anthems created and have them played before NFL games? If we’re going to go down this insane road, why not go all the way, right? Does this actually make more people want to watch football somehow? Will the conservatives who have suffered through the last couple of seasons of this woke garbage continue to put money in the pockets of America’s most-unamerican sport….ok, second-most unamerican behind women’s soccer. Are there actually people that are showing up to the games in hopes of seeing messages like  âEnd Racismâ and âInspire Changeâ written in the end zones?
As a one-time NFL fan who quit watching football because he didn’t want to reward pampered athletes who hate the nation that made them rich and famous, this won’t change my day-to-day life. I didn’t watch any games last year, I don’t know who the best players in the league are and I have no idea who even won the Super Bowl. Personally, I’m hoping the NFL ramps this up, continues eroding their business, and suffers enough losses that the league has to cut player salaries. Now that would be justice.
