You’re not going to want to miss this week’s episode of Unfiltered With Dan Bongino, which airs on Fox News at 10PM/ET on Saturdays.
Governor Ron Ron DeSantis will be making an appearance on the show, followed by an intense debate with Black Lives Matter Greater New York co-founder Hawk Newsome. Newsome’s group is independent from the national “Black Lives Matter” organization, but their ideological overlap is practically identical, as is their tactics.
Yesterday Newsome’s group made headlines for threatening riots and bloodshed if NYC Mayor-Elect Eric Adams doesn’t cave to their demand that he reverse his plan to bring back plainclothes cops to help with the city’s surge in violent crime. “If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again,” Newsome said. The unit was dissolved in June 2020, a year where NYC went on to see a nearly 50% increase in homicides.
The show will also feature a panel discussion on the Kyle Rittenhouse trial – a trial that ended up being a major embarrassment for the prosecution.
Unfiltered continued crushing in the ratings last week, bringing in 1,539,000 viewers, including 150,000 in the 25-54 demo.
