On Wednesday, it was reported that former White House Press Secretary and current Newsmax host Sean Spicer was prevented from sharing the Federalist’s Tuesday article concerning Russiagate and how the American intelligence community were aware that the Russians knew of Hillary Clinton’s framing of President Trump for Russian collusion in the 2016 election.
Spicer tried to retweet the Tuesday piece and was met with a warning from Twitter saying that “headlines don’t tell the full story.”
First time has happened. When I tried to RT @seanmdav story in l @FDRLST regarding the DNIs handwritten notes about Hillary’s effort to push the Russia narrative @Twitter put this up pic.twitter.com/AIoNvx1VSV

The Federalist reports, however, that Twitter said that this warning is a “prompt experiment” to urge people to read an article before retweeting it.
However, considering how Twitter has consistently banned conservative accounts and censored and added fact-checks to President Trump’s tweets, it wouldn’t be a stretch to assume that this is just another way of Big Tech silencing conservatives.
