The Muir Valley rock climbing park includes a replica of the 18-foot wall going up on the southern border. Co-founder of the park, Rick Weber, said he came up with the idea for the replica in his park when Trump boasted about the “virtually impenetrable” border wall in San Diego. “You don’t tell a bona fide rock climber something’s impossible to climb” he said.
An 8-year old’s mother posted video on Facebook with the caption: “Remember the border wall replica build by Richard Weber for a competition next weekend in the Red River Gorge? We were able to help perform, preliminary testing of the belay system this weekend. Lucy declared it an easy 5.7 with a tough dyno finish.”
