A woman who claimed she was a teacher screamed at anti-lockdown protesters in Bend, Oregon. She also flipped them off and yelled out, “b*tch, kill yourself.” If you want to see the video of this “classy” lady having a mental breakdown in public because people disagreed with her, here you go.
The anti-lockdown group she’s angry at wants to send their kids to school which is totally reasonable. Not only are there businesses all over America open, there are schools all over America where the kids are attending in person instead of destroying their education via virtual learning garbage classes. Teaching is not some uniquely dangerous profession. Teachers aren’t any more at risk than cashiers at your local grocery store or Wal-Mart, so why should kids and parents suffer because teachers are insisting on special treatment? The parents and the kids deserve better than this from schools.
As to this Karen screaming “kill yourself” at those people who had the unmitigated gall to disagree with her, she made a huge mistake. This has gotten enough attention that people will definitely find out if she’s a teacher and if she is, it’s entirely possible some of those people she was screaming at may be the parents or grandparents of her students. Do you think those people are going to be okay with their kids being taught by someone that screamed “kill yourself” at them? Maybe she should have learned to be more tolerant of different opinions. That could have saved her job.
