“What can be, unburdened by what has been” has become a catchphrase of Vice President Kamala Harris - and something of an internet meme as well, popping up on social media every time she utters the phrase.

While she’s made headlines for uttering the word salad on multiple occasions, few realized just how often she repeats herself. The Republican National Committee’s research arm put together a compilation that’s longer than you’d expect.

Watch (and laugh) below:

What in the world does she even mean with that word salad? Almost everyone seems perplexed, so I thought I’d turn to ChatGPT for some insight, which claims that Harris is “emphasizing the concept of moving forward with a clean slate, focusing on future opportunities rather than being weighed down by past events. Essentially, it encourages an optimistic outlook on what can be achieved or created if one lets go of the past.”

Why she doesn’t just say “We can move forward” also remains something of a mystery - but it’s likely because she likes to drag out all her comments for as long as possible to avoid having to say anything of substance.
