Trump supporters crashed New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s Green New Deal rally today at Trump Tower, carrying signs stating “Worst Mayor Ever” and “Trump 2020.”
Footage of the event shows Trump fans riding down the escalator behind the podium holding their signs as de Blasio addressed the crowd.

The NYC mayor recently unveiled his Green New Deal plan which seeks to cut carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030.
Speaking at an Earth Day press conference in April, the mayor also said he would introduce legislation banning “classic glass and steel skyscrapers.”
“We are going to introduce legislation to ban the classic glass and steel skyscrapers that have contributed so much to global warming,” de Blasio said. “They have no place in our city or our Earth anymore.”
