Dan Bongino joined Fox and Friends this morning to discuss Robert Mueller’s indictment of political consultant Roger Stone and slammed the Special Counsel’s probe as a cover-up for “a lot of DOJ and FBI malfeasance.”
“I’ve said from the start I believe this Mueller probe is a cover-up, he said. “I believe the Mueller probe in and of itself was initiated to cover up a lot of DOJ and FBI malfeasance and I find it awfully odd that Mueller is an integral figure in all of this.”
Dan blasted the Special Counsel for using the unverified and salacious anti-Trump dossier as the genesis for the investigation.
“This investigation wouldn’t have existed without a foreign spy producing a document that not one person has been able to verify. And now we have officials on the record saying the case wouldn’t have existed without it. This is a stunning revelation,” he said.
When asked what the White House should think of the news of Stone’s indictment today, Dan replied, “I don’t think they have anything to worry about. Donald Trump did not collude with the Russians. I think it’s clear as day. And I think this is a Mueller witch hunt. And I think they should continue to hammer that. No collusion. There is no collusion.”
