President Trump put CNN’s Jim Acosta in his place after calling on the so-called journalist during a G-20 press conference in Japan.
‘And what is it with your coziness with some of these dictators and autocrats at these summits?” Acosta asked. “With Mohammad Bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, when you were asked about the case of Jamal Khashoggi, you did not respond to that question in front of the Saudi Crown Prince.”
“I don’t know that anybody asked me,” Trump replied.
“Were you afraid of offending him on that subject?” Acosta asked.
“No, not at all,” Trump responded. “I don’t really care about offending people. I sort of thought you’d know that.”

The President went on to congratulate Acosta on his new book and expressed his surprise when the CNN journalist said the book sales were doing well.
“And by the way congratulations, I understand, your book, is it doing well?” President Trump asked.
“It’s doing very well Mr. President. Thank you,” said Acosta.
“Really?” the president responded.
“I’ll get you an autographed copy if you’d like one,” Acosta replied.
Acosta’s book briefly made the New York Times bestseller list, but is currently ranked 707th on Amazon’s bestseller list.
