On Sunday, in the wake of the nationwide rioting, Attorney General Bill Barr declared that violence “instigated and carried out” by “antifa and other similar groups” is “domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly.”
In a statement, Barr said:
“With the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful and legitimate protests have been hijacked by violent radical elements. Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate, violent, and extremist agenda.”

The day prior he had addressed the violence caused by Antifa after NASA and SpaceX’s historic launch:
While claiming an “anti-fascist” stance, Antifa is actually a violent, leftist militant group that looks to shut down anyone who stands in its way.
Kind of the opposite of anti-fascist, actually.
