Committing to being the worst presidential administration of all time, the Biden-Harris admin is silently relaxing restrictions on illegal aliens ahead of Donald Trumpās planned crackdown, including mass deportations.
According to Fox News:
The Biden Department of Homeland Security is launching an ICE Portal app in December that will allow migrants to skip their in-person check-ins at an ICE office and instead check in with immigration officials via an app on a phone or computer.
The app reportedly has severe glitching issues and does not track a migrant's location if he or she is using an Android phone or laptop. Further, the app does not check migrants for past arrests or outstanding warrants and allows them to opt out of or contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking.
The Post reported that up to 100,000 migrants will be enrolled in the new programās first wave.
U.S. Customs and Border Protectionās website had widely been criticized for their āCBP Oneā app, which makes it easiest to (almost always falsely) apply for asylum. According to CBPās website; āSince the appointment scheduling function in CBP Oneā¢ was introduced in January 2023 through the end of October 2024, more than 860,000 individuals have successfully scheduled appointments to present at ports of entry.ā
Ahead of election day, Trump pledged to terminate that app.
As President I will immediately end the migrant invasion of America. We will stop all migrant flights, end all illegal entries, terminate the Kamala phone app for smuggling illegals (CBP One App), revoke deportation immunity, suspend refugee resettlement, and return Kamalaāsā¦

In fiscal year 2021, the Biden admin set the record for the most encounters with illegals at the border with nearly two million encounters. That jumped to another record high of 2.8 million in FY 2022, another record of 3.2 million in 2023, and then 2.9 million encounters in FY 2024 (which ended in September).
As the Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee noted in a report;
Since the start of Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, CBP has recorded more than 10.8 million encounters nationwideā¦ Of the 2.9 million nationwide encounters in FY2024, nearly half were at ports of entry, while only 15 percent of nationwide encounters were at ports of entry in FY2021. In addition to these encounters, CBP has recorded another roughly 2 million known gotaways since the start of FY2021, roughly four times the number recorded from FY2017-2020.
And even with mere weeks left in his presidency, Biden still thinks thatās just not bad enough.
