Biden: No New Hostage Deal for Americans Held Captive by Hamas Expected Anytime Soon

Joe Biden confirmed that there are no deals expected soon to help rescue American citizens that have been held captive since the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack against Israel.
Even worse, when asked about those hostages, Biden asked for clarity on what hostages were even being spoken of.
“Are we expecting a hostage deal any time soon?” a reporter asked.
“Yes” Biden replied.
“Oh, really? Okay” the reporter said, surprised.
“Wait. Wait. Wait. Where?” a confused Biden replied. “I…. there’s no expectation at this point. But we’re pushing it.”

Biden didn’t meet with the families of those American hostages until December 13th - which only happened after the administration was excoriated for snubbing them from a White House Hanukkah party.
