On the most recent episode of his HBO show, Bill Maher again railed against COVID insanity coming from the left, this time turning his attention to the so-called “experts,” questioning how much they can get wrong while still claiming to represent “the science.”

“It’s time to do what a growing list of countries have done and announce we’re going back to something more like normal beginning with recognizing that what we’re doing to kids is unnecessary and horrible — and I don’t even like kids,”  he opened.  “But making kids who have a COVID survivability rate of 99.98% mask up like bandits? Unfortunately, the thing that’s getting stolen is their education, their sanity, and their social skills.”

“A study this week from a professor at John’s Hopkins concluded that the lockdowns we all suffered through had little impact in reducing COVID deaths,” he pointed out. ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, MSNBC, the NY Times, and the Washington Post didn’t report on the study.

“Okay. That’s kind of a big one to get wrong.”

Elsewhere in the show (not included in the clip above), Maher had one comment that might as well have been made directly in response to the mob coming for Joe Rogan: “Yes, free speech has allowed people to hear misinformation sometimes. And a lot of it was yours.”
