The European Bureau Chief of Chinaâs state-run outlet China Daily proposed Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leaders invite AntiFa â the far-left militant group responsible for nationwide rioting and violence â for a meeting in Beijing or U.S.-based Chinese officials meeting with the group in Washington, D.C.
The comments come from perennial Trump critic Chen Weihua, also a Stanford journalism and George Soros-funded World Press Institute fellow, who serves as a mouthpiece for the CCP. Not just because he constantly peddles the regimeâs propaganda but because China Daily is owned and operated by the CCPâs own Publicity Department.
Peaceful protests over the death of George Floyd, in some instances, have been co-opted by AntiFa and quickly devolved into violence. The groupâs well-documented aggressive tactics predate 2020, prompting President Trump to declare heâd designate the group a terrorist organization. International by nature, AntiFa is well-organized and on the radar of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for its violent track record and seeking to procure weapons from designated Islamic terrorist groups including ISIS and Al Qaeda. AntiFa is known as a left-wing anarchist group, but many members also flirt with communism, the prevailing and deadly ideology of the CCP.
And Chinese state media outlets â including Chenâs â are reveling in the chaos the group has inflicted.
Chen proposed the idea in response to a picture he alleges shows a âU.S. Diplomat in Hong Kongâ who was âcaught meeting HK protest leaders,â in line with the narrative frequently peddled by Chinese State Media and the CCP itself to delegitimize the demands of Hong Kongers fighting for freedom.
Black leaders like Du Bois and Huey Newton visited China in the late 1950s and 60s. Imagine Washingtonâs reaction if China invites BLM or Antifa leaders to Beijing today or Chinese officials meet them in DC during the ongoing protests like US official did as this photo revealed.

The suggested act is not only at odds with President Trumpâs clear disavowal of the group but itâs also legitimizing a violent soon-to-be terrorist organization.

While AntiFa would ostensibly reject the CCPâs racism and abysmal human rights, the group is in lockstep with the regime on one issue: theyâre intent on precipitating the fall of the U.S.
