CNN’s Brian Stelter Asks Jen Psaki for Her Approval in Bizarre Interview
Brian Stelter had a bizarre interview with White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki over the weekend that served as yet the latest reminder that most journalists are cheerleaders for the Democrat Party.
Right off the bat Steler asked Psaki for her approval of the media’s coverage of the Biden agenda. “What does the press get wrong when covering Biden’s agenda. What do you think we get wrong?” he asked.
Psaki replied; “Look, I think some of our muscles have atrophied a little bit over the last few years, and there isn’t a lot of recent memory on how long it takes to get legislation forward, or how messy the process of negotiating and the process of getting legislation across the finish line can be.”
She then complained that people want to know when things are going to get done “So, we know, we understand everybody’s always looking for a deadline, a timeline, things like that, but at the end of the day, our focus is on getting these bills across the finish line, doing it in a bipartisan way if we can, and we certainly recognize that that can be messy along the process,” she continued.
She concluded by saying that we’re returning to a place where “democracy is working,” which is apparently a place with skyrocketing gas prices, a labor shortage, rising tensions in the middle east, and an increase in cyberattacks.
Stelter has lost 53% of his audience since January.
