Deranged Boston Democrat Who Married a Convicted Murderer Gets Arrested by FBI

Consider yourself fortunate if you’ve never heard the name Tania Fernandes Anderson.

Anderson is a Democrat member of the Boston city council, former illegal alien, and the first practicing Muslim elected to the body. So in the world of Boston, her only real crime is not also being transgender and/or gay. 

Right after taking office she hired two of her relatives and gave them bonuses and raises, then later claimed she didn’t understand the rules when she was caught. 

She’s also married to Tanzerious Anderson, who is currently incarcerated for committing a murder. She married him after he was convicted. 

Her contributions to Boston include a resolution forcing the city to apologize for its role int he Atlantic slave trade, and calling for “Boston Hijab Day.”

It’s probably not a good idea to scream at your colleagues - but it does make it ever more satisfying to know she’s finally going to be held accountable for her actions. 

According to Fox News:

FBI special agents in Boston arrested City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson Friday morning on public corruption charges.  Fernandes Anderson was under investigation by federal authorities and FBI agents were seen outside her home in Dorchester this morning as she was taken into custody, according to WCVB. 

She is facing five counts of wire fraud and one count of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, a court filing by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts says.

The charges relate to the aforementioned hiring of her relatives, and she also took kickbacks. According to the filing; "On or about June 9, 2023, at approximately 4:11 p.m., Staff Member A texted Fernandes Anderson, ‘Bathroom’ to let Fernandes Anderson know that Staff Member A was waiting in the bathroom to hand the $7,000 cash to Fernandes Anderson. Within seconds, Fernandes Anderson texted Staff Member A, ‘Ready’ to confirm that Fernandes Anderson was ready to accept the $7,000 cash kickback from Staff Member A.”

It couldn’t have happened to a nicer woman.
