Desperate KJP Blames Trump for Biden Border Crisis

If you listen to Karine Jean-Pierre or anyone else from the Biden administration, there simultaneously is no border crisis, but if there is, it’s somehow Donald Trump’s fault.

During a briefing, KJP was asked “On the situation along the border: Crossings are up.  Drownings along the border are increasing.  We’ve been to one town recently where the morgue is overwhelmed by migrant deaths. Are you confident and do you feel that the situation at the border is under control?  Are you doing enough?”

KJP replied, nonsensically; "So what we have — what we have been doing is doing the work that wasn’t done by the last administration.  We are fixing a broken system.  It is not like turning the light switch on; it is going to take some time."

How does this make any sense given that Biden campaigned on undoing the Trump immigration agenda, which he largely did? That remains a mystery. It’s also then a mystery why the U.S. is shattering records for the number of illegals encountered at the border (which is a proxy for successful illegal crossings), under Biden’s watch, and not the man KJP is blaming for the problem. 

During the same presser, KJP also said that illegals “deserve better than being left in D.C. or Martha’s Vineyard.



Ironically she does have a point there - who in their right mind would want to live with the liberals of Martha’s Vineyard or D.C.?
