A wedding held at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida over the weekend was made great again as the former President paid a surprise visit during the reception.
While speaking, Trump railed against the Biden administration to a sympathetic audience. “I’ve been watching the news and they’re telling me about the border, they’re telling me about China. he border is not good. And what you see now, multiply it times ten” Trump said.
Of Biden’s migrant facilities, Trump said “What’s happening to the kids … they’re living in squalor. They’re living like nobody has ever seen. Look, it’s a disaster. It’s a humanitarian disaster from their standpoint and it’s going to destroy the country and, frankly, the country can’t afford it.”
Trump then asked “Do you miss me yet?” sparking cheers from the crowd.
Trump also railed against Biden’s dealings with Iran and China during the speech, and called his election loss into question.
Near the end of his speech, Trump wishes the newlyweds well. “Now, a lot of things happening right now, I just wanted to say, it’s an honor to be here, it’s an honor to have you at Mar-a-Lago, you are a great and beautiful couple.”
Most of the media is portraying this as Trump “hijacking a wedding,” though the couple and audience clearly didn’t see things that way.
