Far-Left Rep. Delia Ramirez Reveals Half Her Family Is In U.S. Illegally

Illinois Rep. Delia Ramirez, a member of the Homeland Security Committee, made headlines earlier this month when she said “I’m a proud Guatemalan before I’m an American,” in Spanish to a conference last weekend of leftist leaders in Mexico City.

Ramirez is an anchor baby that was the daughter of two illegal aliens - and she just revealed that half of her family is in the country illegally while complaining about the Trump administration enforcing the law. 

She revealed this during a segment on  MSNBC, explaining why the Trump administration’s deportation policies are personal to her.

“For me, who is the daughter of immigrants, [and] half my family is still undocumented,” Ramirez told the panel, explaining that she is concerned about relatives who are trying to avoid deportation. 

Her comments attracted the attention of the DHS, which shared video of her comments to their X account.

Among those “undocumented”” family members includes, according to Rolling Stone, her own husband.

Why she’s making ICE’s job easier for them remains a mystery.
