Former longtime Clinton advisor Mark Penn is predicting that Hillary Clinton will run for President in 2020.

In an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, Penn–along with former New York politician Andrew Stein–claim that Clinton will reinvent herself as a “liberal firebrand” who would not “let a little thing like two stunning defeats stand in the way of her claim to the White House.”

The two write that voters could “expect Hillary 4.0 to come out swinging,” suggesting Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton could have key fundraising roles. “She has decisively to win those Iowa caucus-goers who have never warmed up to her. They will see her now as strong, partisan, left-leaning and all-Democrat — the one with the guts, experience and steely-eyed determination to defeat Mr. Trump.”

Rumors of Clinton running for a third time have been swirling for months now. In fact, another long time Clinton aide, Philippe Reines recently told Politico he was surprised that Clinton’s name had not been mentioned more when it came to 2020 candidates.

“It’s curious why Hillary Clinton’s name isn’t in the mix—either conversationally or in formal polling—as a 2020 candidate,” said Reines. “She’s younger than Donald Trump by a year. She’s younger than Joe Biden by four years. Is it that she’s run before? This would be Bernie Sanders’ second time, and Biden’s third time. Is it lack of support? She had 65 million people vote for her.”
