The Bill Clinton defense now has a mask equivalent thanks to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.
During the NFC championship game at SoFi Stadium on Sunday, Garcetti posed maskless for photos with San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Magic Johnson. California Governor and French Laundry patron Gavin Newsom was also spotted maskless.
This of course wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t forcing everyone else, including children, to mask up, but once again their hypocrisy is on full display. In addition to Newsom, Mayor Breed has been exposed violating her own rules in the past, at one point saying she didn’t mask up at a club because she was “feeling the spirit” moving through her (which will be my go-to legal defense one day if I ever need one).

Breed decided to ignore this “controversy,” Newsom lied and said his mask was only off for a few brief seconds (which was later disproven by “fan cam” footage), and Garcetti got creative, stating “I wore my mask the entire game. When people ask for a photograph, I hold my breath and I put it here and people can see that.” The maskless Garcetti continued; “There is a zero percent chance of infection from that.”
